Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. This site counts what companies wrote in their own filings. What you do with that count is your decision and your responsibility.
The labels are machine-generated
A language model reads each paragraph and answers a fixed question about it. The counts come from aggregating those answers. The model is wrong some of the time; how often, and how that was measured, is on the methodology page.

Treat any single row as a pointer to a document, not as a fact about a company. Every row names its company and its filing so you can read the original, which is free. See sources.
What you may do with it
Personal use
The pages on this site and the $39 tariff risk report are for your own use, as one person.
You may read it, act on it yourself, and quote a figure or a short extract in published work with attribution to risk.readevery.co and the run it came from. You may not pass the file to another person or publish it in substantial part.
Licence
The $149 dataset (CSV) is licensed, not sold, one edition at a time. Each licence is perpetual for the edition you buy: your organisation may keep and use that file internally for as long as it likes. Later editions are not included unless you subscribe; the $449 yearly subscription delivers each of the four editions published in the twelve months after purchase. You may quote figures and short extracts, with attribution, in your own research and client notes; the rows themselves stay inside your organisation.
A licence covers one organisation and permits internal commercial use: your own research, your own models, your own investment or product decisions, by your own staff.
It does not permit:
- Redistributing the file, in whole or in substantial part, outside your organisation.
- Reselling the rows, or repackaging them into another dataset or index.
- Serving the rows through an API, a feed, or any searchable or subscription product.
- Delivering it to a client as your own work product.
If more than one firm needs it, each needs its own. Redistribution and enterprise terms exist; ask at [email protected].
Using the site itself
Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not scrape these pages, crawl them at volume, or reproduce them in bulk: the underlying documents are free from the original publisher, and the aggregate is the thing being sold. Do not attempt to break the site or work around the form's protections.
Refunds and delivery
What you buy arrives as a download link by email within 24 hours of payment. The link is valid for 7 days; if it expires, write to [email protected] and a new one is sent.
Fourteen days, no questions. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with and the money goes back. Whatever you bought stops being yours to use when the refund is made.
No warranty
This site and everything downloadable from it are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Anton Novopashin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from this site or its data. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid, and is nothing if you paid nothing.
Changes
These terms can change, with a new effective date. The version in force when you bought something governs that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
