Every comparable 10-K filer, this year against last
Per-company tools show what one filer changed. This covers every comparable 10-K filer against its own prior 10-K, including those that disclosed nothing, so every count arrives with its denominator.
Four editions a year, on 15 March, 30 April, 31 July and 31 October. Each covers every filer's latest 10-K in the trailing twelve months, compared with its prior 10-K.

Why this is not the free version
A keyword search finds 3,841 filers that mention tariffs. Only reading both years finds the 333 that named it for the first time.
Free alternatives are hand-picked lists of a few dozen companies, each with a quotation. They state no denominator and make no comparison with last year. This covers every comparable 10-K filer in the window, states how many there are, separates a new disclosure from a carried one, and counts, per SIC group, the peers who did not. The filings themselves are free from EDGAR; reading all of them is the work.
